ATS TEKSTIL COMPANY is established on 2005 by Mr. Tuncay Yildirim as textiles and spun-dyed knitted fabric Producer Company. It has been manufacturing and exporting of apparel since 2009. Today, our company is operating in an area of 3000m2 with 4 floor building.
50 % of our production is for Italian brands and other 50 % of the production is for other European countries. Fabrics we are using for sampling and production and the styling is determined in accordance with our customer needs & requirements.
We are using all kinds of fibers and blends to produce our own fabrics to satisfy the requirements of the customers.
Our company has been certified by CONTROL UNION GROUP with GOTS (CU-818915) certification to be able to make organic production. We are producing readymade garments for female, male and for child wear in compliance with this certification to European market, mainly for UK.
We are using mainly peached , brushed, Mercerized, Silky finished Burn-out, solid dyed, yarn dyed or all over printed, Jersey, Pique , 2 or 3 ply sweat or interlock qualities for our products in different compositions such as
 Mixtures of cotton – cotton blends, Mixtures of polyester – polyamide, Mixtures of Modal – Viscose Mixtures of linen blends, 100 % Silk, Lyocell, Tencel and similar.
PRODUCTION & COLLECTION
Our production process starting with ordering production yarn, knitting of fabric, controlling dye house operations, fabric quality control, cutting, printing & embroidery making, sewing, finishing & ironing, packing is performed to meet our customer’s requests and conditions for the orders placed either directly or after the approvals of proto, Salesman or preproduction sample presentation.
Depending on quantity & speciality of the orders, 50 % of our cutting is made inhouse and 50% is subcontracted.
Similarly, sewing is made 40% inhouse depending on speciality and quantity of the orders. 60% of the swing is subcontracted to 3 subsidiary sewing units
Prints and embroideries on our products are made in 4 subsidiary units which gives us the ability to be able to make all types of prints and embroideries.
50% of finishing & packing is made inside the factory while 100% of the final quality control is made by our professional team of workers.
Our main products are; Basic T Shirts, Polo T Shirts, Sweet shirts , Hooded Sweet tops, ladies Blouses, Dresses, Tights, Skirts, Jackets, Coats, Track Suits, Organic Babies bodysuits, Rompers and sleep suits.
We apply different type of wash or garment dyed techniques to our products in accordance with our customer’s wishes & requirements such as reactive dye, antique dye, pigment dye, oily wash, tinted oily wash, florescent dye, tie dye & batik dye, dip dye, marble effect crash, crash, spray print, chemical spraying, garment dyed & bleaching with snow wash effect, bulk batik dye, hand blasting & brush painting or bleaching.

The quality assurance system
Basic test about the general usage performance of our products are performed in our factory while special tests requested are made by the independent nominated laboratories.
Capacity & lead time & minimum
Depending on the specialty of the product, our monthly production capacity is approximately 150,000 pieces.
And our order minimums per color/style are is 500pieces and estimated lead time is 5 to 8 weeks.
