Menderes Efendi's StoryOur sweet story started in 1950 with our grandfather Menderes Efendienders house. Although the first customers were their neighbors, they soon became famous in Anatolia. His favorite flavors were never found in delight. Menderes Efendi gave the recipe of his unique delight to his son Omer, his grandchildren Ali and Menderes, and provided this taste to this day.
