Mr. Mehmet Kaya who started his business life with the establishment of a Pressure Cooker Factory at Kayseri in 1950 has taken the word "Fifty percent of the achievement in business is courage and fifty percent is courtesy" as a principle to himself and has founded Termikel Group of Companies which has 18 companies under all operating in different sectors in Ankara.

Termikel AS.. has been an honorable company in its sector by manufacturing the firsts of the country such as rectangular oven with glass lid. first mini washing machine with
automatic wringer, first churning machine driven by an eccentric belt.
Termikel has activated its new plant which is one of the biggest and the most modern plants of Tiirkiye and Europe in 2009 on 60.000 m2 land with 45.000 m2 covered area. With the
production capacity of 1.500.000 pieces of free standing cookers, range cookers, built-in veil ovens, built-in hobs, table top hobs and hoods while giving fast services not only to
Turkiye but the whole world. The Company also making production for more than 100 different brands.
The second factory of Termikel continues its production for supplier industry in Yozgat Sefaatli.
All products being produced in Termikel factory such as classic - built-in vail ovens, stoves and ventilation units are being sold through different companies located in Germany.
Rusia and Argentina owned by the group. Besides its wide export network products are being presented to Turkish consumers with almost 2.000 customers we are working with for
long years.
With the potential of being a brand in the world Termikel has been qualified to enter the world's first state supported branding program "Turquality" in 2011 and from that year on
company isgetting ready to go forward by more powerful steps to become a world brand with this important support. While exporting its quality to more than 50 countries from England
to Australia, from Germany to Argentina Company is targeting to distribute its brand to many points of the world.
Termikel has started its first Development Project under the program of Turquality and signed a protocol' Goodwill proclamation for National Quality Action" with KALDER {Turkish
Quality Association }. As a result of bringing into life the concepts of Total quality" and "Perfection' within its all companies and institutions company has been rewarded with "Stability
Award' which is being bestowed by KALDER to the most successful companies in its sector under National Quality Awards.
As a company adopting Kaizen Philosophy since 2010 and bringing its Practices into life Termikel has increased productivity, fed the belonging sense of its workers and catched the
team spirit.
In December 2012 by being rewarded with "Interior Innovation Award - Winner 2013" design award given by German Design Council has been founded in 1953 Termikel has proved its
success in industrial design area.
